Change of Mind

As all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 28 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
