Most of our items are handmade-to-order and take 2–3 business days to create. Once dispatched, delivery depends on your location and Australia Post schedules.

Currently, we only ship within **Australia**. All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 28 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work to replace or refund your item.

As all items are custom-made, we do **not** accept returns for change of mind. We recommend checking all details carefully before ordering.
